Being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 260 (1974), being a by-law to provide for licensing, regulating and governing recreational vehicle parks; and to repeal By-law No. 1294 (1989), being a by-law to licence trailers and to prohibit trailers being located in the municipality, except in a trailer camp, without a licence therefor.
