Being a by-law to stop up, close & sell that part of the original road allowance set out and described as the road allowance or highway between lots 9 & 10, Concession 6, Town of Pelham, in the regional municipality of Niagara, from a point at the southerly limit of Metler road southerly to the northerly limit of the travelled portion of Center Street, a distance of approximately 562 metres.
