Being a by-law to stop up, close & sell that part of the original road allowance set out and described as the road allowance or highway between Lots 4 & 5, Concession 8, Town of Pelham, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, being designated as Parts 2 & 3 on Plan 59R-11020 (being Part of PIN 64034- 0008), Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Plan 59R-11020 (being Part of PIN 64034-0002) and Parts 6 & 7 on Plan 59R-11020 (being Part of PIN 64034-0022).
