Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor & Clerk to enter into an Agreement with the City of Well and, the City of Port Colborne and the Township of Wain fleet with respect to changing the name of the Welland-Port Colborne Airport to "Niagara Central Airport" and to change the name of the Welland-Port Colborne Airport Commission to the "Niagara Central Airport Commission."
