Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor & Clerk to enter into a Conditional Permit Agreement with the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of The Diocese of St. Catharines in order to enable the Chief Building Official to issue a Conditional Permit in accordance with the Building Code Act.
