Being a by-law to amend By-law No. 2025 (1998), being a by-law for prescribing standards for the maintenance and occupancy of all property within the Town of Pelham and prohibiting the use of any property that does not conform to the standards and requiring such properties to be repaired, maintained or cleared of buildings, structures, debris or refuse.
