Being a by-law to stop up, close & sell that part of the original road allowance set out and described as the road allowance or highway between Lots 176 & 177, from Merritt Road to the City of WeIland Boundary, with the exception of Parts 5 & 6, Town of Pelham, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, more particularly described as Parts 1,2,3,4,7,8 & 9 on a preliminary plan of survey prepared by William A. Mascoe Surveying Limited.
