Being a by-law to repeal By-law #2319 (2001), being a bylaw to stop up, close and sell that part of the original road allowance set out and described as the road allowance or highway between Lots 176 & 177, from Merritt Road to the City of Well and Boundary, with the exception of Parts 5 & 6, Town of Pelham, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, more particularly described as Parts 1,2,3,4, 7, 8 & 9 on a preliminary plan of survey prepared by William A. Mascoe Surveying Limited.
