Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to obtain an Easement from Meridian Credit Union Limited over the lands legally described as L T 22-23 PL 717 Fonthill TIW R0422833, Town of Pelham, Regional Municipality of Niagara and municipally known as 1401 Pelham Street, Fonthill, Ontario for the installation of a ground level transformer.
