Being a by-law to appoint members of Council to the Ad Hoc Committees set out in this by-law, being the Fire Station #2 Replacement Committee, the Maple Acre Replacement Committee, and the Recreational Facilities Committee, and to repeal and replace By-law #3151 (2010).
