Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an Encroachment Agreement with Virgilio Battaglini, Owner of the property known municipally as 1455 Pelham Street, and 1692765 Ontario Ltd., cob as The Cafe on Main and Wine Bar situate therein, for the purpose of operating an outdoor patio for the period ending October 31 st, 2012.
