Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor & Clerk to enter into an Encroachment Agreement with C. T. Nicholas Enterprise Inc. for a portion of the road allowance lying between Lots 3 and 4, Concession 14, extending south from Webber Road a distance of approximately 2,233 feet to the southern boundary of the property bearing the Roll #273203001714100 in the Town of Pelham.
