Bylaw Details

Being a by-law to declare a portion of Townowned lands described as Block 1 in Schedule "Au attached to and forming part of this By-law, surplus to the needs of the Municipality and therefore available for disposition; AND to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a lease Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Pelham and Wellspring Niagara Cancer Support foundation for the lease of said lands.
