Being a By-law to authorize the borrowing of the sum of Three Million, Three Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand, One Hundred and Thirty Dollars ($3,335,130), and upon the issuance of debentures, for funding of Capital roads and facilities projects and for funding of Development Charges used in the construction of roads and linear assets within the Town of Pelham.
