Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor & Clerk to enter into an Encroachment Agreement with Robert Trepanier and Katherina Trepanier (Owners), 350 Kilman Road, Ridgeville, ON for a portion of lands lying between Part Lots 6 and 7, Concession 5, being the northern twenty-five (25) metres of the road allowance; giving permission to the Owners to access the "Road Allowance" portion as specifically described in Schedule "B" of the Agreement which is attached to and forming part of this by-law and bearing the Roll #R0426969 in the Town of Pelham; and to Repeal By-law No. 2124(1999).
