Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Memorandum of Understanding Agreement attached to and forming part of this By-law, between the Corporation of the Town of Pelham and the Pelham Public Library for Operational Purposes to provide efficient and fiscal Library services to the residents of the Town of Pelham.
