Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor & Clerk to enter into Agreements with five (5) establishments licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario that are situate within the Summerfest licensed area, those establishments being namely Zest Restaurant, the Cafe on Main and Wine Bar, Gelato Village, Moku's Restaurant, and Kame and Kettle Beer Works for the purposes of obtaining a Special Occasion Permit for the Summerfest event to be held on Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16, 2016, and to Repeal By-law 3620(2015).
