Being a by-law to appoint John Ross and Belinda Phillips as Building Inspectors, By-law Enforcement Officers and Property Standards Officers for the Corporation of the Town of Pelham, and to repeal By-laws 1140(1987), 1860(1996), 3187(2011), 3276(2012), 3352(2013) and 3353(2013) appointing various individuals as Building Inspectors, Property Standards Officers and/or Municipal Law Enforcement Officers.
