Being a by-law to amend by-law #3578(2015) confirming various appointments to Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Town of Pelham; Amend Consolidated By-law 3578(2015) to add Schedule "O" - Pelham Public Art Advisory Committee and to make appointments to said Committee. And to appoint Tina Drummond to the Pelham Public Art Advisory Committee (Schedule "O")
