Being a by-law to amend By-law #4068(2019) confirming various Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Town of Pelham, And to appoint members to the Beautification Committee (Schedule 'E'); And to appoint members to the Welland/Pelham Chamber of Commerce (Schedule 'K'); And to replace the Council representative to the Pelham Business Association (Schedule 'L'); and to appoint members to the Pelham Summerfest Committee (Schedule 'N'); And to appoint members to the Pelham Art Committee (Schedule 'O').
