Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the 2021 Canada Games Host Society Inc. with respect to the 2022 Canada Games; AND to authorize the Town, in collaboration with the 2021 Canada Games Host Society to organize and host a community event as part of the 13 for 13 Cultural Festival on Thursday, August 18, 2022 in Peace Park, 20 Pelham Town Square, Fonthill.
