Being a by-law to amend By-law #4068(2019), as amended, confirming various appointments to Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Town of Pelham; And to rename the Town of Pelham Library Board to the Lincoln Pelham Union Public Library Board (Schedule A); And to remove a member from the Lincoln Pelham Union Public Library Board (Schedule A); And to appoint and remove members from the Pelham Summerfest Committee (Schedule N); And to remove members from the Pelham Arts Advisory Committee (Schedule O).
