Being a By-law to adopt an Emergency Management Program and Emergency Management Plan governing the provision of necessary services during an emergency; AND to re-establish an Emergency Management Program Committee for the Town of Pelham and appoint members thereto; AND to re-establish an Emergency Control Group for the Town of Pelham and appoint members thereto; AND to repeal and replace By-law Nos. 2649(2005), 3334(2013), 4142(2019), 4179(2019) and 4338(2021).
