Bylaw Details

Being a By-Law to stop up and close a portion of the unopened original road allowance between former Township of Louth and former Township of Pelham, described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, specifically identified as part 1 on Reference Plan 59R-18387; AND to declare the Town-Owned lands described in Schedule "A" as surplus to the needs of the Municipality and therefore available for disposition; AND to authorize the sale of the said surplus lands; AND to authorize the mayor and Town Clerk to execute a Land Transfer Agreement between the Corporation of the town of pelham and The Bruce Trail Conservancy for the conveyance of the said lands.
