Bylaw Details

Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Cost Sharing Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Pelham and River Realty Development (1976) Inc. for the sharing of costs related to the construction of roadways, sewers, stormwater facilities and other services that are in excess of the standard requirements within the River Estates Subdivision in the East fonthill Neighbourhood and for the application of credits for the construction of such services that are in excess of the standard requirements as outlined in the Agreement, attached therein forming part of this By-law.
