Being a by-law to authorize the construction and operation of multi-use community facility to be known as the Pelham Community Centre; and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into the necessary agreements for continued Design and Architectural Services with Petroff Partnership Architects, Project Management services with Ball Construction, and management of the Fundraising Strategy component with InterKom Inc.
