A by-law to authorize the stopping-up, closing and conveying of those parts of the unopened road allowance or highway in the Town of Pelham, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, and being part of the unopened road allowance between Lot 15 and Lot 16 Concession 9 in the Town of Pelham in the Regional Municipality of Niagara (formerly in the Township of Pelham in the County of Welland).
