Being a By-law to provide for the closing and stopping up of Part of Original Road Allowance between Lots 3 and 4, Concession 14 designed as Part 1 on 59R-15164 (subject lands), declare the Town-owned lands described in Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of this By-Law, surplus to the needs of the Municipality and therefore available for disposition and to authorize the sale of the Subject Lands
